BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP – GOLD SERIES – ORGANIC BIODYNAMIC

Aceto Balsamico di Modena Guerzoni – Gold series – is produced from a skilled blend of grape must cooked according to the traditional method over an open fire, left to ferment in kegs, and mixed little by little with wine vinegar. Gold Balsamico Vinegar is the result of the longest period kegs made of different prized woods. Its slow acetic fermentation gives it the fragrance and colouring that qualifies it as Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar (the only Balsamic Vinegar produced exclusively with cooked must aged more than 12 or 25 years). For this reason, the Gold series does not require the addition of any kind of preservatives or food colouring. It is the product of small batches of very high quality, produced entirely from a selection of organically grown, biodynamic grapes from the Guerzoni vineyards exclusively located in Modena province. The entire production chain is handled by the plant, carried out and controlled by the Guerzoni farm company. It is ideal for special occasions, with its intense fragrance, its full, intense blend of perfectly balanced sweet and sour notes, and its density.
A delightful sauce for meat but even better with aged cheese or even fruit, ice cream, condiments, rice, soups, eggs, etc.
